Spit it Out

Spit it Out

A Poem by Rob Dougherty
"

Winter poem

"
Just catching some rays today
Through the window while relaxing
In my lounger drinking warm water
For my throat
Don’t need a coat
Too cold to walk
So I sit and talk
To myself
What say we fly south ?
It’s like I open my mouth
And the words run down
The drain
Winter is insane
There’s a lot to do but who’d want to
Do it
If you can’t chew it
Spit it out
