A childhood of fishing---Dad and Daughter

"

Throwing pebbles and tying string

A silver rod and silver fish

All in hopes of a meal to bring

Held by only just a wish.

 

The calm clear coat of watered docks

Quite unblemished by wind or life

A bright red cork and tackle box

Dad and daughter with lack of strife.

 

The game of fishing is silent

A bait impelled in a cloaked world

Daddy's girl in full agreement

A cheerful day gladly unfurled.

So this pretty much has no internal meaning whatsoever...it is what it is...bleh, I need to get back to my old self.
