Very well written. Your poem hits on all the aspects of the greatest sacrifice for mankind. Accept Christ as your personal Savior and free yourself for eternity.
Thank you,
Richie B.
love you Rita! Oh happy day! when my sins are washed away ..i greatly appreciate your poem of redemption ... who can stand before the throne of God without falling to our knees? not me ..not me for sure .. Easter Celebration is my all time favorite event ... Jesus Christ risen ... and debt erased .. no other has ever made such a proclamation nor promise ... not one ..i am a Scotch Irish descendant and the Celts depictions of the cross do not have Jesus' image engraved ..why?? because He went to the Father ..to send the Holy Spirit to us ... i love it! wonderful acrostic girl ;)

As you might imagine, Easter is a big celebration in my Catholic-school-teacher world too. I direct our 7th and 8th grade students in our annual Passion Play, and every year I am heartened and moved by the reverence of these kids... He lives, indeed... :)
Wow my friend - this transcends. Its packed with spirituality and the joy of Easter. It is a prayer, an acrostic poem, a ray of light, a message of hope and a beautiful write all in one.
Sublime Rita - just sublime...
Happy Easter Rita !
All the Best.

This is amazing!!! It's incredible how you used the letters in 'Resurrection' to start each line, and then kept it flowing so beautifully!!! Fabulous job!!! :) :)
Very well done! I love the mysticism of this poem. Something lacking in much of the Christian faith i think.

Such a powerful write for the Easter break. The Acrostic formation enhances and delivers this piece in a mesmerizing way. I love Acrostics for this reason....the format helps with expression and creates a robust write. This flowed well Rita.
