Spring Formal

Errant rays roam,

seeking comrades among

the winter-weary flora

blades of grass 

try on their green 

for size 

and even wallflowers dare 

to step onto the floor,

reaching for a partner

Thus begins 

the Springtime waltz

Ha! Thanks, E - Oh, if Spring were that easy - just click your heels together... there's no time like springtime... :) It's in the 60s here today, but there is... snow forecasted for Tuesday night. I am going to ignore it - maybe it will stay away...

I can only imagine the beauty of your city and country side once it is spring. Here in Alabama, Miss, TN it is sooo beautiful and wonderfully blooming with all kinds of flora. I live in the woods on a beautiful lake and I can't describe its beauty justly. A wonderful write...:)..................
