Sunday Morning MomentA Poem by Rita L. Sev.Just
before 8 a.m. Out
of the autumn-chilled air Into
the warmth of smiles and inside-heat I
head toward my usual spot In
this place named for a saint (known for his way with vulgar language) -
dip
my fingers, bless -
genuflect,
kneel, sit and take in the quiet communion before
the opening hymn. © 2013 Rita L. SevAuthor's Note
