Ha! Love this! I just read it out to my husband and he laughed like mad! The flow is really good. Reminds me of Dr. Wood. Angi~

Hi Rita. I love your sense of humor and how you tell an amusing story. It made me laugh. Good imagery, flow, rhyme and tone. You're a delightful storyteller. I enjoyed the picture you painted of this "Sasquatch". A fun read. I love the twist in the last stanza. Well penned an a most enjoyable read. Write on!

You're welcome, Rita. The alteration works. Well done. It's a pleasure to read your poetry.
I guess even fantastical creatures have marrige issues :) funny poem, i wondered where it was going.
Going by your comment at the bottom, I feel like by giving the sasquatch a human problem you are making Him more real for the reader. Or at least declaring your belief in the sasquatch.
Good fun words Rita.
