What I've learned so far

The years behind have shared the secret

of getting up

after a fall

 

They’ve gifted love and laughter,

found the humor

in it all

 

The years have brought my share of loss

and figured

friend from foe

 

And taught the delicate balance

of holding on

My favorite stanza:

Sometimes friendship starts with an embarrassing moment or in an awkward way. But later on, we will discover that the person we meet in such way turns to be our good friend.

Yes you have to know when to let go of anything...Nicely done Rita...could you tell me where you found that font...because I dont see it when im posting...or did you scan this.Whenever I paste my fonts like this they disappear and I have to choose a different one.

Thanks, Rose. The fonts to choose from when typing on the site are limited, but I found that if I type first in Word, then copy and paste, the font stays intact.
