A colorful homage

Surround me in the hue

Of the spectrum's very heart,

Infuse me with its grace

Saturate my world

With the sprightly shade

Harbinger of springtime's embrace

Delicate balance,

As all beauty is,

Of cheerfulness and gloom

Surround me in the hue

Of the summer winds

While the woods are still in bloom

Not bad. Your word choice is a little overwrought in places, but you have a solid concept and you've gotten it across fairly well. I think the second-to-last stanza needs to be either cut or rewritten entirely - sounds very off and doesn't help the flow.
Other than that, good work.
