Heartfelt Sigh ....

Heartfelt Sigh ....

The room - empty ...
No one there ...
My eyes - close;
her fragrance a depth I inhale ...
a sense of need ...
gently, coursing gently with my pulse ... Ahhhhh, she is here!
Her perfume ... lingers ...,
and wafts, oh, so lightly. ... in the air ...
I close my eyes, and (sigh) she is there.
The scent brings warm, inciteful memories;
calm, but moving tingles.
She is my love, but she is not here ...
my eyes - so slowly open ...
my lips - so gently smile ...
my heart - so warmly buoyed ...
my love - so much my love ...
my thoughts - such warm memories ...
my life - so rich from her.
