Piano's BreathA Poem by Ripple of AquaInspiration: Gioni's The Day
Water trickles lowly in your ears
Grass bends in the light wind The slight keys of the piano twirl in the air Enveloping around you as you wander The sky is yellow and red Reflecting colors match the dotting trees all around Damp Earth lays beneath your padding feet Nothing is a barrier here Things might have distracted me once, You think, as the piano pauses But the water still moves quickly over the pebbled stones And no one knows where you are Nothing can harm you Peace is here Grass up to your knees, Branches down to your reach Silence sings in the melody of the piano Joyous but quiet in it's jubilant pride Yes a wonderful place you have found yourself, Especially when only you are bound to be here once more. This piano's breath is what gives you the power Power to see Power to imagine Power to know And power to protect Take advantage of this great and mighty beauty of the world. © 2012 Ripple of AquaAuthor's Note
