Self's RoadA Poem by Ripple of AquaHave you ever looked deep enough?
Walk along a field hear the whispers in the wind.
Find the person who lies within. There shall be the one to sing you to sleep, There shall be the one who holds the key The road you walk leads where you needn't go The road you walk carries where you should show. Someone is waiting for you, To rise the curtain and to be a pair of two. Forever with you, in your soul, Brighter than coal, And heavier than a feather, It shall hold you against your torment of weather. Sing to the skies, That will forever be blind to your cries, As they see you below, They give you something to bestow. You shall find your release, The Golden Fleese, Where you have hidden yourself, Too deep for others to find your great wealth. Now you must travel on that road, through that storm. To find the one who truly mourns. Take the self's walk with grace and care, And don't forget on the one who is really there. © 2012 Ripple of AquaFeatured Review
