Chapter 1

Chapter 1

A Chapter by Erin The-Eyeless Killer

Erin walked down the worn old concrete sidewalk with her sunglasses on to avoid getting awkward stares. She never felt comfortable around anyone, not even family, but they're gone now. She had been looking for a new victim, someone with perfect eyes. After what seemed like ages of aimless walking, her gaze fell upon a teen-aged looking girl with stunning brown eyes and short brown hair. Erin started to subtly follow the girl until she went home. Noticing that it was still broad daylight, Erin walked around, but was careful not to stray too far from the house.
Once nightfall, Erin made her way to find a window to the girl's room. She had thought that she searched every square inch of the the walls until she saw one window she didn't look through. The window was up fairly high, so Erin had to climb to look through the transparent glass. Sure enough, this was the window that led to the girl's room. After making sure the girl was sound asleep, Erin tried to open the window, but of course, it was locked. She sighed in frustration and yanked the key-knife off of her neck. She pressed a button that slid the blade out and started picking the lock on the window. She grinned as she prevailed in unlocking the window, and climbed inside. Erin looked around, the room was sort of messy, but not enough that she couldn't see the carpeting. Looking at the girl sleeping, she grinned even more. Oh how she would love to have her eyes.
Erin sat down at the foot of the girl's bed and waited. Waited for her to wake up. Erin let her mind wander, What would she do?Would she scream at the sight of me? Would she talk? Not talk? Faint? Her mind quickly snapped back to her evil reality once she saw movement on the bed. Sitting upright was the girl she desperately wanted eyes from. The girl looked like she had just seen a ghost, she was so pale.
"W...Who the hell are you!? And h.... how did you get into my fahking room!?" The girl spat, confusion, anger, and fear dripping from her words.
"Hahaha! I'm Erin, your worst nightmare! Now, may I ask: Who the hell are you?" Erin exclaimed, her words full of anxiety and harshness. Walking closer to the side of the bed the girl was huddling into.
"G... Get away!" The girl shrieked quietly, as if she didn't want to wake someone up.
"How... About... No? Now. You never told what your name is. Don't be so rude," Erin replied harshly, now pretty much on top of the girl, grabbing her jaw roughly, leaving the girl looking terrified.
"Erk... K... Katie..." She said through gritted teeth and Erin grasping her jaw.
"That's better," Erin stated in a slightly fluffier, almost child-like, tone, whilst Katie started to struggle, but it did no good and only made Erin tighten her grip on Katie's jaw. Erin noticed the tears welling up in Katie's eyes. "Oh, don't cry, darling. You're different, so I'm going to take my time with you... Maybe..."
