The enclosure

The enclosure

A Poem by Rion

You've created your enclosure
Separating the best life and the world can provide you, a distance you can see beyond your crate, but granted is not life's desires and joy, enclosed you are to all you wished to stray and all that you dismay

Dismissal of love given to yourself is carrying an endless hope that will eventually be filled

But what will it fill? And by what?

Empty is what you are, not who you are, hollow and willingly embracing the removal of loathe, for you can be turned in an instant, mesmerized with desire for answers that exist only within internal strength

Enclosed you are yet can you tell me why? Is this your chosen life?

Radiance of future, the gift of hope, forgiveness existing upon your undeserving embrace
Break yourself
Let go
Be broken in a different way

Cracks must seep inward toward your acceptance of love for oneself for not the outward defeat and dismay so easily worn day to day

Enclosing only what remains, the beginning of your future, what should be,
a chapter you are creating, a life to continue living, a feeling deserving your onward pace

A divinity which is written and lived by your will to live with yourself, faith growing in the belief that you contain the need and ability to love yourself, without hesitation

Then love others
And... then, live.
