One DayA Poem by AethelwyneMay 19th 2005
One day we'll stop to look at the sunset, Instead of passing it by We'll take notice of the cloud shapes High in the sky
One day we'll stand together All for one For a new world will have begun...
And that strange kid in the hall, That lonely person on the street Will finally have acceptance Right at their feet
One day we'll believe Fantasy only dreamed Maybe we'll accept Things that never seemed... © 2011 AethelwyneAuthor's Note
