A world with lies

This represents the confused mind of a teenager who cannot cope with the world around them and so thinks that running from it is the only answer.

To be, to survive, to live

A hunger that cannot be calmed

A desire of flame that never goes out

A step forward, a step back

Come to me, run from me

Scream it out

Let the world know you hate it

You hate the lies that it produces

But let it know that you love it too

You love the lives it shares

The lives of children it will keep safe

Only to grow up as monsters

who would kill their own brother

So keep running forward

In the goosechase called 'Life'

I will wait for you

In a world with lies
