Ripped Apart

my heart...it's...gone...where am i..who..who am i.....what...am i...

The sun has become blackened with cloud,

No longer can I feel proud,

My eyes stare off endlessly at nothing,

Because I will lose my only something.

 

My will has shattered like glass,

My heart has fallen into my despair from the past,

Because of one women my world has turned frozen and cold,

I feel no heat nor warmth because he'll leave me without somebody to hold.

 

When he hears me he will surely go away,

And never come back on any day,

Our love was the strongest of all the loves in the world,

But fate has turned nasty and swirled and twirled.

 

My memories flash by as though it was only just the other day,

When I could love him, hold him, and hear everything he could say,

Now all I can do is cry from the other side of the mirror as I see him fade,

Watching everything crumble, all that we made.

 

Please...If there is some sort of magic I can't see,

Please come and save me,

From losing all that I love and yearn for,

Before I finally see for the last time, the closed door...
