What Makes a Real Knight

What Makes a Real Knight

A Poem by Riina
"

It's the dang tuth, ask my matty-kun!

"

Some say it's takes power,

That requirement has been let to sour,

Others say you need to be strong,

That'd be nice but it's wrong.

People say you have to be brave,

Don't let emotions make you a slave,

Commners chant you must never cry,

Even the strong are weak when beloved ones die.

The image of a defender has been left to ruin,

People only see black armor and doom,

Where has the heart of the world gone,

Everything people imagine is totally wrong!

A true protector knows when to stop,

It's makes them in the tower of strength at the top,

A real knight know when to not fight,

A merciful smart fighter in my sight.

They defend their loved ones to their last breath,

But they'll still come back and not fall to death,

They never lie about their heart,

Doing so leaves a heart ripped apart.

They never let fear hurt loved ones or take them down,

Such a thing is most profound,

They need a heart's guiding light,

That is what really makes a true knight!
