Never Fade Away...

Don't ever leave me.....You're everything I have ever needed....The feelings turned into words...

This aura of despair,

This feeling that says I don't care,

Where is it coming from,

From where has it come?

 

I turn around and around watching the spinning lights,

Watching so many emotional fights,

The words keep echoing and torment my fragile heart,

Be they real or not it is ripping me apart.

 

I suddenly feel weightless and fall,

Is this where I am going to lose it all,

I reach out towards one of the lights but can't reach it,

Falling deeper and deeper into this emotional pit.

 

I try to fly with my broken wings but they cannot save me,

This time there is nowhere to flee,

This could be the end I always never wanted to see,

Or this could just be a nightmare that I don't want to be.

 

All I know is the despair I feel is dragging me away,

Have I finally lost the fight this day,

My tears blend in with my blood and create a pool,

Is this real or am I a fool?

 

Save me please,

Before my heart will freeze,

Don't leave me or it will end my day,

Don't go, Don't drop me behind, Don't go away....
