A Friend

A Friend

A Poem by Riddhi Sharma
"

Friendship is a unique relation. This bond is formed without knowing each other's backgrounds, so this is the most genuine form of relationship.

"
A FRIEND

When I first met you,
You weren't in my few,
But then I knew,
With a glance of you,
That you needed FRIENDS.

I felt sympathised.

So, I invited you to pray,
But all we did was PLAY.

Then after few years,
Of our unsung relation,
Came a fateful occasion,
From eyes came tears,
For none stood beside me,
Except one and only you.

My heart was diced,
But, then I realized,
That my few,
is only you.

I was enlightened,
about an eternal truth,
That true friend,
Is singular in ruth.

I was fortunate to have you.

In this despised world,
You're my true FRIEND.

In this fated world,
You're my true FRIEND.

In My World,
You're my true....

Friend.

True.
Can you please take the difficulty to tell whether the poem has fallen in place or not.
