Poem #27 With them the Revolution ends And never begins Because failure is not A viable option for me Or my poetry Therefore it remains Hidden under my genitalia Because privately I sing, scream and
moan Just like Mahalia See, I can't Condone or own them As I atone for them By pretending That they don't exist Giving them no reason To resist my rhetoric Therefore, I can't be weak when I do speak Nor can I be meek Because what is worth To inherit the whole Earth? When they continuously knock me Down to my feet I have to resist The urge to be a preserve As they don’t deserve This sweetness My juiciness As they are still Jamming and cramming False hope in their throats Feeding the people things that Make them swerve A little bit As they try to hit it As the slider appears To be a changeup but Really they are throwing is A curve Because the slider Has a small bun That is hidden? Yet, I still feel the Penetration As this explains The situation Why I hide My failures under My genitalia See, With them the Revolution ends And never begins AND Because failure is not A viable option for me Or my poetry Therefore it remains Hidden under my genitalia Because privately I sing, scream and
moan Just like Mahalia © 2021 Jerome F Knox III pseudonym Nefarious J. Dorsey |
