On My Way To California

I was on my way to California
When I got pulled over in Arizona
The officer pulled over behind me
All those lights blinded me
Finally he got out the car and
Came up to me
He want to see license and registration
He still did not explain the situation
So I asked what is your probable cause?
He said he didn't need one
Cause he was the f*****g law
He didn't know that I had my
Gat in my dip
A nickle plated 9 with an extra clip
I wasn't nervous as I looked
Him in the eye
I knew that one of us was going
To die
I knew that I had some junk
In the trunk
All that was on my mind
Was getting to the state line
Meanwhile he did an NCIC check
Cause what he expect
Is that I was a fugitive
An outlaw
Cause all he saw
Was a reason to draw
Before he spoke
He cleared his throat
Then he flashed his light
On the back seat
Now I was about to
Bring the heat
But I knew that there
Was nothing in plain view
At that moment dispatch
Came through
On the radio
NCIC clean let him go
I saw the hatred in his eyes
He thought it was a good
Day for me to die
He gave me back
My license and registration
To say in the least
It was a tense situation
I did the speed limit all
The way through Arizona
Until I saw the sign that
Said welcome to California
I pulled over to the rest stop
And pulled out my nickel
Plated glock
Glad that I didn't pop that
Racist cop in Arizona
Not sure it is any better
In California
I put the gun in the glove box
Hoping that I wouldn't get
Stopped by another racist cop
Cause in the end my friend
The next time someone
Might get shot
