Mary Oliver said
" It's okay to be bad" Mary said "it was okay" To eat lamb chops today Mary said "it was okay" To weep cause joy Comes in the morning Believe it's on its way My ex wife Mary said to me "Divorce is not a bad thing It's the separation and the Solitude that's worst and The sensation that it brings Still I hear Mary sing Don't weep, be strong Hang on, it won't be long Don't weep Mary said "it is okay" to Be called Esther or Ruth As long as you get to The truth It doesn't matter what Name you use to get there Cause life is so unfair Mary don't you weep Queen Mary's protest of The Protestants Was to behead each And everyone No remorse for What she had done Mary Magdalene was The first on the scene Cause before her eyes She saw the Master rise Mary don't you weep I know it is scary But you were chosen To carry the son of man Understand there is A greater plan and When his work is done You are going to have To let go of his hand and Sacrifice your son Mary you can't weep You have a charge To keep Mary Mary is singing Get them "Shackles" Off your feet "Can't Give Up Now" What has been lost Can be found at the cross Look to Calvary I need you to see "The God In Me" Mary don't you weep You have a charge To keep © 2015 Jerome F Knox III pseudonym Nefarious J.
