I am curled up on
The red crush 
Velvet couch that

One of the few things
That have found
Good on that website
Diabetic nerve pain
Has me curled up
On the left side
With an opened sleeping
Bag that I got for a bargain
At the thrift store
Not realizing how much
Of a steal it truly was
Until it showed

'Violation has occurred in the past still molesting'. This is something I see a lot in my practice. Until you do somatic and spiritual work that sets you free. It doesn't have to keep ruining your future.

Rico, When I was in the Navy on the USS Luce DDG=38 out of Mayport FL. I was a 3rd Class Petty Officer. Our division officer was an Ensign Lidell who, because he had a degree in Phys Ed he joined the Navy and was made an officer. I had had 2 1/2 years of training on this mainframe computer on board. You know how much he didn't know what we did.? There were times when it happened; the program dropped. It happens all the time, briefly. The program has to be reloaded and powered up. It usually was fixed in 3-4 minutes. But if it was longer Mr. Lidell would open the hatch, pop his head in and ask what's up. We knew we were fixing it right then, but we would make up words, we had this little code. We'd say made up stuff like, "Oh, what's supposed to be connected was found to need the triad capacitor instead of all these ones back here. We'll have it up in 10. Then the Old Man, the captain, would stick HIS head in and yell "Get that f^^kin' program up. Right then we stopped making up words. Yeah, I always liked that military code of honor, that shared respect....yeah, I always liked that." Great write, Rico!!" take care...dan
