A Poem by Jerome F Knox III pseudonym Nefarious J. Dorsey

First I am going

To erase her

Her cyber footprints

Erasing

Text messages

Facebook

And things

That I Stumble On

That cause me

To Tumble

Next

I am going to

Erase all the

Voicemails

Saved or not saved

Because I am

Ashamed of how

She made me behave

Because I sound

Foolish being in love

Next

I am going to

Drive my car

Off the cliff

And hope

That it crashes

And burns

Cause this was

A lesson learned

Next

I am going to

Sever all ties

As I hide from

The lies

That tug at my

Insides

Trying not to

Hear the whispers

Of suicide

Looming in my ears

Next

I am going

To change

All of my numbers

People will

Wonder

Why my cell

Is disconnected

It's expected

That when

You dwell in

Hell

And you are

All alone

The last thing

You need

Is a cellphone

What's........ NEXT?

...how about another hand, offering friendship? I can do that...

I have a feeling you wrote this in a matter of minutes. This is a powerful emotional write and so well put together. But don't despair, there is life after love and sometimes it just depends on who you give it too.
