looming ancient mantle clock metes out silence with each tock house where children worship words rooms where memories still are heard midst the empty halls there, reading youthful innocence still bleeding harbored secrets, silence screaming muffled memoirs, dead men's dreaming. rich nostalgic variations exploit precocious inclinations endearing moments pleasure seeking risky cruel voyeuristic reaping tart illusive sickly scent purloined carnal sacrement wet ilicit treasure bringing blessed languid sinews singing faded images retreat stored til later to repeat stairway leading steeply down underground, underground rikkevi rue copyright 2015
