CANSEEHER V.2 ( with Elise)

CANSEEHER V.2 ( with Elise)

A Poem by richy
"

Arranged by Elise. http://www.writerscafe.org/55andcounting

"

Can see her pain

Can see her burden

Can't see her heart

pumping without a chest

Can see her bravery

Can see her struggle

Can't see her wholeness

hacked from her mass

Can see her - her

Yet I am helpless

They were your words. I could never have done them justice the way you did. Proud of it all.

Kudos! I love the short stanzas, the alternating can's and cant's, and the sudden change of rhythm in the last line.
And after reading your bio, have faith in yourself! If you write, we will read... ;)
