a song for my lover

just working with my imaginations here. I used to love a girl this much.

I'm not much of a romantic,
but this girl has got my mind on static,
I walk up to get my guitar,
I hope she likes the love song i wrote down for her.

There's none like my lover,
she's my beautiful imperfection,
There's none like my lover,
it's like she has me on a love potion.


A smile forms across her lips,
those lips i love to kiss,
i almost forget the lyrics to the song
i think I have struck a chord wrong.

She is the melody in my head,
The girl i'll love to wed,
She's the picture in my heart,
my sunshine in the night.

I have done a lot of crazy with her,
I will do a lot of crazy for her,
i'm not much of a much a romantic,
but this girl has got my heart in frantic.

you see there's none like my lover,
because even as I finish my song and drop the guitar,
she picks it up and smiles at me with teary eyes,
'i have a song for you too' she says to me..

hey i haven't actually seen heaven but your song gives me a feeling of being in one such paradisiacal world.
I loved it.I play guitar and sometimes make some stupid immature songs on my own.You know humming while strumming;)

I love this write and such a romantic song that any girl would love to hear!!
I never and i mean never have offered a suggestion as i feel art is free interpretation. so this will be my first time but you rhyme so beautifully throughout the whole poem..
