Her Warm, Glowing Ink…. (tenderly sensual)

Her Warm, Glowing Ink…. (tenderly sensual)

A Poem by Richard🖌
"

"COWRITE w/AMY R" … QUATRAINS with metered and unmetered verses, in an a-b-a-b rhyme scheme.

"

   Her Warm, Glowing Ink….

Her pen, it gleamed a fervent glow

that found his every waking part.

Like flowers dance as warm winds blow,

their passions grew right from the start.

With each stroke, she captured his heart,

through every line their souls intertwined.

Her ink mirrored her deepest love's art,

              their celestial waltz perfectly aligned.

A poet intrigued, by lure's touch,

from her spell's succulent caress …

              leaving him powerless as such

that he wants her, he must confess.

A poetess' magic heat flowed from her hands,

each syllable stripped him 'pon her burning pyre.

She cast a golden heart trance 'pon her man's …

they danced, shimmering like morning sun's fire.

All around them ceased to exist,

two hearts thrummed as never before.

As sure as roses crave dawn's mist,

they both knew they wanted much more.

              From evening’s song Nature awakes,

fireflies sleep in dawn’s early light.

Yes, in love’s world, his touch makes

her warm, glowing ink flow … jussst right!

Of course this is wonderful and a real find for me to enjoy on this rather busy Saturday. From the absolutely perfect image and color to the words I was captured by the words...and again I am reading behind the lines with the use of metaphors which I love.
For example these words...which many will just read a words....but not me...
"Yes, in love’s world, his touch makes
her warm, glowing ink flow … jussst right!"

You and Amy are most welcome!!
Lisa
from the first stanza i see a man impressed and touched by the words of a poetess which leads to deep feelings between both pair
the second stanza first line was beautiful
With each stroke, she captured his heart, creating romance and feeling of love
the man already in love with the poetess cares and words
find a way to profess
and their feelings were mutual with brought to poem to its climax
the words were finely expressed
and i enjoyed every bit of it
