This poem is so lovely it plays like a melody.
So tender and silky, it speaks to me.
How many hearts have you stolen or left throats swollen?
My dear man you are a rare gift with song,
Please don't keep me not waiting long
For another chance to hear your voice
Please understand I have no choice.
I'd love to dance to your tune
In the hour of midnights first June.
(Ok hardly is it advice to give or comment made. But I had to answer in this way, for to read your words is to dance in celebration to a man who celebrates women. Thank you for sharing

Sighhh! Such a compellingly stirring review you've gifted this doting poem and its graciously pleased author.
You certainly know how to catch a bard's attention, charming him with a delightfully sweet, warmly imaginative verse of your own.
Seems you celebrate men every bit as enjoyably as I do women.
For answering in the way you have, please, accept my warmest hug of thanks to thee, Dear Poetess! ⁓ Richard 🍃
What a beautiful compliment to the poetess, or perhaps all the poetess’ as one. The way it is written feels both ancient and new, as though you are writing to Sappho herself as well as all the poetess’ that came after her.
“Each smitten bard in every land and realm worldwide,
has surely yearned to have her writing by his side”…. I can’t explain why, but I absolutely loved these lines.
You are clearly very skilled at writing. This was such a pleasure to read. In fact I will probably be back at some future time to read it again when I need inspiration. So thank you for that.

How thoughtfully wonderful, richly appealing, and encouraging your sentiments are. Not that anyone is like You, but it is those of your kindness, intellect, and depth who make me feel so deeply rewarded for writing and sharing.
The allure of your words grace an olde bard's heart, gifting the sincere sensation of appreciation for his humble efforts.
And, how truly correct you that this piece is paying homage to You … of all other of your faire 'n gloriously poetic gender; and, keen of you to recognize this, when others have found my intent to be ambiguous in that regard.
Then, it's thrilling to know you find this effort inspiring enough for a return visit, and that you "love"anything about my poetry is gratifying reward beyond any I could have expected.
Thank you ever-so warmly for your visit, expressions of appreciation and understanding, and always for, your inspiring compliments.
With blessings 'n warmest smiles! ⁓ Richard🖌

Oh this is wonderful what a woman this must be to write about. It flower naturally and felt comforting to read. I pretended like you were writing about me.. and I loved it. Good job.

After my teaching retirement, being offline for so long, and not commenting on reviews, I'm making a quick thank you with a very grateful acknowledgment to everyone for their wonderful input and feedback.
It beautifully captures the essence of a talented and passionate writer. The imagery of her ink vibrating with vibrant force and her words resounding on the page is vivid and evocative. The descriptions of her flowing mane, reflecting different shades and intensities, add to the allure and mystery surrounding her. The poem celebrates the power of her voice and the impact she has on those who read her work. It portrays her as a muse for smitten bards worldwide, igniting inspiration and admiration. Overall, it is a tribute to the enchanting presence of a writer who leaves an indelible mark with her words.
Beautifully crafted...

The efforts you put into the artistry in your delivery are not underappreciated. I love it. It reads like a love letter. Something to make them gush over. Loved it my friend. Keep them coming.

Thank you for selecting one of my pieces to read and review.
In reading your comments I noted a few issues you have I did not understand: (1) that you are "aghast of behold". (2) "autic language". (3) "The review you called her broad, Very questionable". Perhaps, you could elaborate a bit more on these issues, that I might better grasp where I used those words and what it is you're getting at, specifically.
Other than those, what a nice compliment that you think "the poem in itself is beautiful".
Is "Brood" your pen name?
Thanks again for dropping in … I'll soon be by your page for a visit! ⁓ Richard🖌

If this is whay you mean, you completely got it wrong … the "broad" word referred to the width of my smile from reading her lovely review.
I NEVER laugh AT women … maybe WITH women, but never at them. The entire poem is lauding and celebrating all women poets, not a defamatory word spoken about women, or a iota of intent.
Somehow, you got me and my poem all wrong.
Perhaps, you could reread this loving homage with new eyes.
I highly respect your honesty, but not your judgment of me toward all the honorable poetesses I know, respect, and adore.

I found it beautiful, and I love it, sufficiently said, and outstanding. I'm just critique. A critique is either positive or negative. Mine are not meant non well. I speak as it is. Not how it is wils't.
And such a tour de forse. Such a melody; such a genius piece of empathic beauty. I am in awe my friend at the whole concept.

A tribute of the highest regard. It is amazing to catch the nuance that we can in the words of these unbelievable poetesses. It is difficult to not come off like so much of a man when reviewing. Try as I might, I cannot ignore the flutter that comes when my soul is laid bare and I am forced to uncurl my toes. Great Piece!

I honestly think certain works of art are only found within the capacity of a person’s gender or their gender experiences at the least.
