This poem is so lovely it plays like a melody.
So tender and silky, it speaks to me.
How many hearts have you stolen or left throats swollen?
My dear man you are a rare gift with song,
Please don't keep me not waiting long
For another chance to hear your voice
Please understand I have no choice.
I'd love to dance to your tune
In the hour of midnights first June.
(Ok hardly is it advice to give or comment made. But I had to answer in this way, for to read your words is to dance in celebration to a man who celebrates women. Thank you for sharing

Sighhh! Such a compellingly stirring review you've gifted this doting poem and its graciously pleased author.
You certainly know how to catch a bard's attention, charming him with a delightfully sweet, warmly imaginative verse of your own.
Seems you celebrate men every bit as enjoyably as I do women.
For answering in the way you have, please, accept my warmest hug of thanks to thee, Dear Poetess! ⁓ Richard 🍃

I hope you enjoyed Your poem … and, how right you are, Dear Poetess … I'm always smitten by the Lady Poets!
Hey, thanks for the "Beautifully written" and Lovely" compliments … a great way to begin the new year!
Warmest thanks, Lady Betty …
with New Year's Hugs "n Blessings! ⁓ Richard 🍃
Wonderful Richard just wonderful flawless flow and not a smidge of a sense of stricture in this most lofty structure frame you placed upon this write! This may be one of your very best poems and I don't say that lightly:) You know I love so very much when the lines intent melds so beautifully with the rhyme scheme that it feels like the word was designed for the piece and not vice versa you captured this perfectly simply blown away by this one I have read hundreds of your poems and this one stands out swimmingly. Its is a comfort to know that you and your style of write can still flourish in these times when structure and rhyme are not the vogue and dare I say sometimes frowned upon in popular poetry. I will never have your gift of structure (only a glimpse of it on occasion) My fractured bunny mind gets lost with too much structure but it is a lovely thing to read good sir!!!! Merry Christmas dear Richard

What wonderfully gratifying accolades of praise, enjoyment, and appreciation you've so exuberantly blessed upon this most graciously rendered poem of admiration, awe, and respectful regard unto our wondrously treasured, invaluable Lady-Poets.
To think … without them, poetry would have no heart and soul, no breath, pulse, vibrancy, or reason for even existing … must-less, life itself.
With that pattern to follow, it's no small wonder you think so highly of this piece, eh, My Brother Penman?
That we (You and I) stand together on the precipice of another glorious year shared with our amazingly gifted, adored, accomplished, and beloved feminine counterparts is a promise of joyful adventure and enthrallment I'd not wish for either of us to miss. 😊
Thank You, my fine friend, for reading and enjoying this beautiful piece to our incomparably amazing Poetesses … SALUTE! ⁓ Richard 🍃
Seriously, this is a really well written poem and puts praise precisely where it should be. Too often we hide ourselves and our true feelings away, not so though, the many female poets who bless the cafe with their insight and wisdom.
Seasons greetings to you and yours Richard. T

welcome.dear Richard
best wishes for the coming new year.!
What a kind, earnest offering. Of course, I see your skill with meter and admire it. You clearly have a grasp of this style that surpasses my own understanding, and I admire that skill you've developed. It takes discipline.
I enjoy the way this is presented. It's quite creative and puts me in mind of a pouch of jewels poured out to be regarded. Sparkling with kind words. Excellent work on this, Richard.

How wonderfully beautiful your voice flows through my senses, touching with skill those places that let me know we've connected in a meaningfully appealing way through this homage those I most assuredly admire and respect so highly.
Your bright praise and recognition of his skills make an olde bard's efforts feel so worthwhile … how happy I feel.
Your words are as stars pulled down from the heavens to bless my page … with warmest, most grateful thanks, Dear Lady-Poet! ⁓ Richard 🍃
Who says that romance for all things feminine brilliant is dead? Not I and definitely not you. With your meter and scheme, you have done a thousand deeds more than a passing ogling eye. Beautiful tribute brother.

I'm sure I speak for most every male writer onsite, to some degree or another, of all our beautifully fulfilling, feminine comrades, eh?
And, what a distinct pleasure it is to receive this encouraging aplomb, appreciation, and regard from such an accomplished artist as yourself.
With my most sincere thanks … A Happy Christmas & Fulfilling 2020! ⁓ Richard 🍃
How beautiful this is on reading it yet again, and what an accolade from a poet to a poetess as he bows in acknowledgment of her worthiness.
I am learning to appreciate all these wonderful writings. They are food for the soul.
Thank you.
Only 100 I am afraid. It would not accept 110!

For enjoying a second bite of the apple … how honorably gratified you've bade an olde bard feel.
That my humble words were amply elegant and sumptuous enough to express genuinely adequate sentiments of my Dear Lady-Poets' true wonderment, beauty, and treasured worth … what a fortunate poet, indeed, I would be.
I've no sufficient words to thank you enough for these lovely words of yours, you've so generously blessed mine with.
With my warmest, most grateful hug to thee! ⁓ Richard 🍃
