Beautiful piece. I feel these types of poems particularly challenging, as you know I view structure and rhyme to be tough to convey emotion, and why I like to stop by. The thing for me I like the best is the use of You in capitals. That said, I wonder if You're should be in capitals as well... either way, it is a lovely poem that beautifully conveys a reverence for the subject

It is gratifying, too, that you found something to favor "best" out of all this work offers … "the use of 'You' in capitals".
Thank you ever-so warmly, too, for the gracious praise.

A visit from a lovely lady, with gifts of sweetness to bestow upon a blushing bard.
Soft and sensual - the knowing of the heart that's destined to be one with yours is so close yet so far- that longing for it and knowing it belongs to you but only time can tell- the wait is long but worth the while when the heart pursues it’s truth, sometimes nothing else can compare and nothing else matters and in those empty moments and searching days and nights there is complete peace and comfort🌹

Like a tender invitation, your words in review dance up off the page in poetic caresses … what deeper gratuity could a bard expect than this gracious compensation in acceptance and expressed enjoyment of his gentlest offerings, I do not know, except to say a rich man now I be.

Richard I always feel like such a klutz when I read the majesty of your writing. You write of love in rhythm and rhyme that I don't believe I could ever emulate and I love it.
Take care - Dave

Hello Richard, look what we have here!..one of my favorite forms :-) but lets just chat...yummy deliciousness! I don't even know where to begin! I love the way this poem is set up...right from the begining of loves' birth. This to me, really sets the mood ( and reminds me I'm reading your poetry, and to expect the tears) I love the feeling of a lover in constant thought, that every sensation is brought on by dreamings of such..star kissed lovers mingling in a midnight fantasy.Yet,for some very lucky ones dreams do come true and love will always flow! WOW what a poem..why do you think it is too long? Dang boy!..your words could just keep on flowing as far as I am concerned. Your poetry is ALWAYS like that...I never want them to end.

Maybe, one day I will compose a poem that bring you smiles instead of tears, but I am thinking your tears for this one are of the happy, deeply appreciative kind, eh(?), and that thought makes me warmly smile with sincere gratitude.
Your interpretations and feelings of emotional intent touch me as much as my poem, obviously, touches you, and that in itself is gratuity an olde bard will gladly work for as long as his pen holds ink.
Yes, too long for some: Well, truth be known, I’ve found that the majority of readers prefer shorter poems, with fewer words, that say much with the poetic power of brevity. … You are of the exception, because I think you have the ability to release yourself into a poem’s moment of depth and nuances on a truly personal level.
"I never want them to end." Goodness-ME, Susan, I’d better get to the drugstore for some diet shampoo, lest my hat becomes too small to fit … LOL!
Big hugs of warmest thanks, M’Lady! ⁓ Richard : )

Tha really is love speaking: knowing that another person's presence makes one complete. Never selfish, never submissive. Sharing what is instinctively right. Sharing completely - at least for 99.9%% of time!
You make love seem almost out of reach floating in space.. then, in another breath, you have it kindly trapped! Thank you for sharing your dream, perhaps - and in such refined language.

Richard ~ this is another piece that breathes with a life of its own. The woman in me yearns for the love of a man who may someday feel and love me as deeply as you do about “your Bride”. I hope that you have shared your words with her so she’ll know just how loved and appreciated she is.
Thank you for sharing another gorgeous Masterpiece with us dear Richard. 🌹❤️

When one's dreams and yearnings are touched by a turn and rhyme of gently flowing poetry, a lot of sensations can be sparked and lit within the core.
So many fantasies dance around inside this bard's seemingly endless sea of imaginary scenarios, it does not surprise me there'd be a "Darling Sweet Bride" flow out of his melting ink, and left to each who comes reading to imagine whatever of themselves they perceive flowing in and out, in-between my dancing words.
A warm and most comfy weekend to thee, M'Lady! ⁓ Richard : )

A lover fondly reminisces, reflects upon his love, in gentle, surreal, golden verses. Every verse brings forth a cascade of emotions, finally culminating in a final, eternal promise of abiding love. Dear Richard, thank you for the incomparably breathtaking poetry! 🌷❤
