Hm, it's pretty, but is there something missing; is it too simple?
Well, it's early morning and I just had the first hot sip of lapsang … I'll check it again later.
Constructive comments and critique are always welcome … any help is appreciated! : )

Must admit, and truth must be said... when You write in Free Verses there is something rare inside You that comes alive to the surface, so vibrant, sheer glamour, beauty that is written, read and felt only in heavenly essence, so glad this appeared on the right list of my page reminding me with such a sublime, outstanding, glorious masterpiece... sigh! something I wish I've composed!

The gracious effulgence oozing from your fragrant accolades sooo warmly honor and bless a humble bard are so deeply felt, that my knees grow weak.
It's beyond my ability to adequately thank you for the way you enjoy my Free Verse pieces … yet, even my metered efforts have drawn like praise from your lovely voice.
You said, "Something I wish I've composed!" Hah! If mine were compared anywhere close to the level of sheer spiritual, living gloriousness of your poetry, I could only hope they'd be blessed with a casual glance.
No one's reviews touch more deeply or effectively than yours, Dear Poetess … thank you ever-so gratefully.

Nothing missing for me. To move from the lonely side of life to the recollection of love and beauty- it seems this is how most of us experience the world . . . In starkness, sadness, grey numb solitude. . . And in the awe of love whether remembered or current. I loved the transition from one movement to the other, so gracefully made- one moment texture stripped away, and the next, a laugh that brings it all back, the life and the love. the contrasts are very effective and capture what feels like a universal experience for those who travel through life plunging to the depths and rising up again, resilence winning out as memory and gratitude mix to rejuvinate our weary souls. fluid and so real, i appreciate taking this journey with you.

Such a way with words you possess, and how beautifully you use this gift to bless a bard's humble efforts to write for and share with his readers in hopes of connecting on a meaningful level.
Your expressions of deep understanding make me feel as though there is none other I'd rather share my poetic journeys with, than You, my fine lady protégé.
My most warmly grateful hug of sincere thanks! ⁓ Richard : )
Not too simple at all, Richard. When someone is alone, without a partner in life, it seems as though the rest of the world is walking two by two. It seems you are the only one without someone to love. You do not want to see happy people laughing and kissing. When you remember the good times, it is a bittersweet twinge and the memory becomes even sweeter with time. The emotions are expressed so well here and I liked the graphic you chose to accompany your words. Lydi**

You sure seem to know how to read into me, to use the brilliance of your keen insights and understandings to grasp whatever my olde pen releases, and I'll readily admit not many can, or they don't know how to tell me or don't want to, like you can and do.
One thing I know for sure from your reviews: You actually read and follow the essence and meaning of my work, and another thing I know is that I just love it! : )
Thank you, M'Lady, for sharing your own gifts, for the appreciative way you are, and for the encouraging and inspiring gratification of your thoughtful praise … you make me feel happy I write and share these little effots!
With my warmest hugs 'n blessings! ⁓ Richard
