Sweet Paradigm ⁓ (love's pattern)A Poem by Richard🖌Quatrains in 8-count w/aabb, ccdd, etc; rhyme-scheme.
Sweet Paradigm ~ --··--··--~**~--··--··--··--··--··--··--··--··--··--··--··-- Dreaming sweet songs, yet to be sung ~ to taste your breath upon my tongue, passions you’ve turned my world into … such is the joy of loving You. Once incomplete, you’ve made me whole, who else but You could sate my soul? Love, many times I’d sought in vain, ’til You to me Fate would ordain. Back then, but loneliness I knew; life now (with You) is never blue. When I awake you’re in my heart, ’tis known we’ll never be apart. Each night ~ there lying in repose, I softly kiss thy golden rose. As sleepy eyes drift me away, your warm, moist lips upon mine play. That’s then I feel your tender hand, resistance I cannot withstand … a whisper soft as duckling down, imploring, “Come!” a sighing sound. Transported then, on wispy wings, in harmony our joined heart sings … sweep undulating waves of bliss with each intoxicating kiss. Sensations felt can’t be denied, as every space smolders inside … such raptures steal our breath away, love’s primal urge we must obey. O’ feel the thrum of my heartbeat, surge smoothly, Darling, deep, replete … embrace these wonders of our love, conferring thanks to stars above. E’er in my heart, a newfound beat renews like golden sun-kissed wheat in undulating breeze-touched dance … sweet paradigm ~ of true romance. --··--··--~**~--··--··--··--··--··--··--··--··--··--··--··-- Richard W.
