I think this is a really special piece Richard; it conveys your talent with words exceptionally well. The poem flows with such ease and finesse, making the expression of love that much sweeter and more beautiful. I've always believed that poetry done right can conjure up images and emotions unrivaled by any other means (except possibly some paintings and breathtaking views) and this poem is a perfect example to prove this belief... well done, Richard, on this eloquent piece.

I like the warm feelings that this poem brings into the arms of the reader. Questions we all ponder, and wish to know the answer. Desire to let the other know of what they have done, how they have made our lives unbearable without the thought of them in it. The touch print that they have left within the folds of our heart, and how we treasure them beyond anything or anyone else.

You always know just what I meant when I write 'em … it's like a language I speak that you interpret in your heart, soul, and mind with precise exactness, and you even add that special flair it deserves … those little touches that sorta make it your own ~ in a lovely way.
