'Bring to Us'
Richard,
Hmm..even though this is a love sonnet it spoke to me of the need within the human soul for what defines us. To care for this world we must be open. This is a transparent and an open heart piece. It speaks to the deepest spring within. In taking this in I found myself encouraged to not give up on this crazy world; it's confusion and it's so called portrayal of what is real. What is real is as old fashioned as a listening ear and a non judgmental attitude and a willingness to hang in there and just be patient.
Blessings,
Kathy

Beautiful, it almost reads of a prayer..or song. For some reason it reminds me of the Beatitudes. Those tender wishes, sigh... if only could be.

I would never consider selecting a line from one of my original works to excerpt into a review of it as anything other than example and reference, and this would be allowed in the legality of any venue, unless a statement to the contrary were posted, of course.
Thank you again, Dear Poet, and most appreciatively! ⁓ Richard
