What powerful visions of hope, love and life. To be this free would be a gift and you captured this gift beautifully. I really like your writing and look forward to reading more. I have nothing to critique because your writing make me FEEL SOMETHING when I am otherwise numb.

"let the sunshine it, let ... the sunshine in, the suuuun-shiiiine in ...." oh yeah, one of my all-time-favorite songs (was in a butter commercial TV spot when i was a child). Thank you, dear Richard, for this little happy poem that makes me smile and gives me that song! There is nothing i would change, it is just nice and sweet and gives me appetite for my breakfast, of course with butter, yeah!

amazing poetry as always Sir.........and interesting picture.......i don't know if you know this but this picture represents a tale from Hindu mythology........and from the holy book of Mahabharata
the man playing the flute is Lord Krishna and the woman is Radha, his childhood friend and lover. It is said that whenever Krishna used to play the flute, Radha came dancing on his tunes......
So indeed a perfect picture!
i loved it!!!

An invitation to bathe the soul in happy moments, from the beginning to the end. A song everyone would like to read, and feel it was written for them. From the moment the receiver decides to dismiss the painful and sad thoughts lingering inside, the tears will dry and new rigorous thoughts of happiness will invite themselves in mirroring their work on the eyes and face. That is the moment when the heart will free itself from fear allowing the loved one to enter and fill them up.
There is nothing more sublime than the urging of the beloved to abandon themselves in the arms of their love and sing together the tune of joy.
Your words are a melody that lifts up the spirit. Beautiful! :D
