'Speak to Me'
Richard,
To know and be known is so needed in this world. How much is hidden and not dared revealed. We know what is right and when not. To think that a person may know love and transparency is desired and craved by the human soul. Your poem is the dream which many crave and dare not believe could ever happen for them. This poem speaks of vulnerability and the work to keep and to water the garden of relationship.
Blessings,
Kathy
Ohh my gosh! This is an amazing poem!! You were on fire!
Keep it up

I see why this poem is a contest winner! Congratulations Richard. Love the flow and rhyme pattern in this...it's as smooth and seductive as the words written. You are a master at capturing raw emotions and transporting the reader..perhaps to one's own experiences or memories. This poem speaks to me of that marvelous feeling when all you want is that one special person. Where Heaven meets Earth, and all is perfect. Such a lovely feeling, when you trust another so completely, no barriers, no hesitation, no regrets...just pure and simple love. I enjoyed reading. Thank you.

I might have known you would, with the warmth and beauty of your own heart, and how you write so deeply sensual in your own splendid ways.
I very much enjoyed your take on and enjoyed of this little soul sizzling, thigh quivering piece of poetic desire.
The experience and memories live mostly in imagination, but my pen and paper do not know the difference, nor my readers, as they make of my visual renderings whatsoever their own imaginative dreams and fantasies might … yours quite creatively embracing to the senses — a poem in itself. ; )
Thank you ever-so warmly and gratefully, Dear Lady-Poet! ⁓ Richard

I had seen the announcement that this poem won Silver in the Erotica Contest so I had to rush over to your page to check it out and give my own thoughts on it - and I was not in the least bit disappointed.
There is no way I can give a critical review of this poem. The words you have shared are filled with such a deep passion and a yearning to hear them spoken by someone that you hold dear.
Your poetry is very good, for it allows the reader to be drawn into the moment with you - which is very satisfying.
I do look forward to reading more of the words that are you.

Ask and so receive...lovers hearts upon their sleeve, desire to be "the only".....the ONE and only man! I don't know what it is about the phrase..."Í"ll be your man! that seems so completely innocent and transparent and precious....sheer tenderness!

So beautiful, I wish I had written this. "Come soft, caress my cheek and whisper low; then, hold me warm and close that I will know"...this verse struck me such that I got goose bumps. It certainly evokes emotion.
