Free Verse (lines of poetry written in a poetic voice, with no particular structure, no rhymes, that flows, with line-breaks in smooth and comfortable places)
Ah, I am always so pleased when I get the time to read you Richard :) What a piece of honey smooth balm to the senses. A delightful treat, I always find and feel such energy in your writing, magnificent. I have to say these few lines are are epic :)
"Let me know you in your quiet stillness,
as I have known you like soft waves
fondling the excited shore, while
You are siren, I am sailor...
where the all of us is
~ Eternity."

Ya know?
As I was reading through the increasingly warming words of your review, it began to dawn on me how perfect they are, coming from one romantic, sensual-hearted, vibrantly alive, and alluring poet to another whom seem to completely understand and embrace one another in a truly meaningful way few possibly can.
Ahhh, but you undoubtedly know what this passion is like, to be appreciated, enjoyed, felt, almost inhaled in such a way only an equal can.
You stir me, make me feel alive and light, aglow with the happiness of your presence.
Thank you, M'Dear Lovely Poetess, for blessing me with your tender warmth … yours! ⁓ Richard

Always my pleasure Richard and thank you for the smile :)
This leaves me breathless. So sensual in a beautifully subtle way, and the imagery is amazing. Again, I say like I said previously, "Man, I wish I could write like that!" I like the form too. I've never seen a poem done like that. It's awesome. Brilliant write. Great read. :)

It is such a lovely, gracious, and adoring review you've gifted this unique piece; I find myself rather breathless from your deeply gratifying accolades.
We each have our own un-matched style of writing, and yours (in its own way) is every bit as impressive as mine, some even more-so. ; )
The visual form was not on purpose, but is built from the movement of poetic voice, much as movement of cattails, reeds, and ripples on a pond are created by the wind, each grouping leading down to a crescendo of thought, feeling, emotional apex, all determined by line-breaks, too.
Your review is quite awesome and brilliant, too … big hugs of thanks to you! ⁓ Richard
Such an aesthetically pleasing structure!! As if that wasn't enough, you made me fall in love with the person that you wrote this for. It's a soft and easy poem to read. I didn't think it was too long, but that was because I was so eager to read what other pretty words you would offer up in the next stanza. Nice.

It is such a joyful pleasure to receive the warmth, appreciation, and praise flowing all through your words … you certainly know how to let a bard know his efforts have touched your emotion, thought, and spirit in rather wondrous ways.
Yours, the review an earnest artist paints his words upon the page in hopes of receiving … my mind, heart, and soul give their most warm and grateful thanks to you, Dear Poetess! ⁓ Richard
Beautiful language. I love the way the poem blows, like breathing, or the tides. How at the beginning of each stanza is the inhale, the wave breaking, and the naturally and gently coming to it's end. It is beautiful, thank you for sharing

I makes me very happy you've selected this lovely, romantic, and sensually-visual little piece to read and review.
I really enjoyed the beauty of your analogy, Samantha … a poem in itself … expressing ever-so vividly, almost a gentle chant I felt touch and wash over me.
I offer you my warmest welcome, my sincere thanks, too, for blessing me so wonderfully … most grateful hugs to you! ⁓ Richard
This is a lovely poem. The way you used exquisite imagery to capture a sense of tenuous bliss was almost too perfect. This poem, through both its vivid imagery and elegant appearance, is a work of art all by itself.
With each word, I felt myself entranced by your masterful use of syntax and vocabulary. Amazing poem. Amazing structure. I give this a 12 out of 10.

Truly, My Friend, your poetic acumen is second to none, and how you perceive my humble little compositions makes every earnest effort feel all the more worthwhile.
Most anyone can create impressive poetry: All they need do is paint with words the imagery in their head, heart, and soul, blend their ink with Nature's colors, textures, and hues, throw-in a pinch of temperature, breeze, and sun or moonlight, and wallah … a poem emerges onto the page! A push here, a tug there, a bit of moving around, shuffling, replacing, sorting it all just the way it best fits one's imagination, desires, and needs, and it's a done deal. ; )
Thank you, William, for your wonderfully gratifying, and always honest, reviews … many gracious blessings, My Friend! ⁓ Richard

The structure of the poem almost feels like it's beckoning you forward. Telling you to continue. It has words to keep focus and free verse has always been my favorite type of poetry. Very beautiful pen on.

Your expressed praise, enjoyment, and appreciation for this unusually formatted Free Verse poem is the kind of gratification a hopeful olde bard seeks and relishes when he creates and shares with his fellow-poets and poetesses.
Many grateful blessings to you, M'Fine Poet Friend! ⁓ Richard
Dear Richard,
The first thing that caught my eye was the tapered verses that seem to enhance the punch in each verse. The poem spoke to me of a lover very quietly confident of the depths of his feelings and very sure of his noble intentions in love. A quiet, golden hush descends on my soul as the poem reaches it's peak with just the right amount of gentle yet very palpable sensuality, culminating in the ultimate dream of true matrimony, that of the souls. In an initial glance, the poem may look structurally long but it does not feel long once I start reading it, in fact, I would willingly sell my soul to stroll in those amber fields forever. The greatness of love lies not in its wild, red hot and wanton moments but in the sheer joy and peace felt in such moments of amazing stillness and solitude shared by two souls as one. Thank you for letting me feel and appreciate the true essence of Love...❤

That this poem is displayed in such a distinct form would be expected to immediately catch your eye, and that its length did not discourage you is a gift to me, indeed, for I would not have received the monumental blessing of your marvelously endearing review.
Your voice speaks to me in such an unmistakable manner, that there is no doubting how accurately and deeply your interpretation of this poem's essence truly is, Divya … not something I am accustomed to, as few do/can/have the capacity to — I do not know. I had thought it must have been my ability to clearly and concisely share my intent, my thoughts, emotions, feeling, my heart and core with others; yet, your embracing words to me have dispelled all that. One cannot convey accurate truths unless they first have it in them to perceive, feel, and relate to them in the exact manner in which You have — there must be a silver thread spanned between us, upon which … ahhh, I could travel this endlessly, but suffice it to say you have gratified me beyond words. I love it that we've touched and connected*
Thank you seems so moot, but I genuinely, sincerely do, Dear Poetess … warmest hugs to you, Divya! ⁓ Richard
