One Man Show

One Man Show

A Poem by Richard Guimond
"

My schizo, egotistic, narcissic ego

"

One Man Show

When I walk on the street, people never say hello They pass by; no wonder because they don't know That I may be from outside some kind of nobody But my image masks a flamboyant inner personality Like a reversed shirt my ego shines some inner light My schizo, egotistic, narcissic ego inside shines so bright I'm a one performer, one audience, one man show But for the rest of the world I need to keep it low
