Wonderful Winter Wonderland

Wonderful Winter Wonderland

A Poem by Richard Guimond
"

For Winter lovers

Wonderful Winter Wonderland[1]

Stupid tongues stuck to metallic fences poles

Cars waltzing and piling up on icy highway

Broken hips on ice ring slippery side walks

By standers impaled by nail of ice fell from roof

Parking lot Concerto for warming cars and scrappers

Broken keys in ice shut car doors locks

Dead bodies, shovel in hands, in eighteen inches of wet snow

Kids eaten in ''top secret fort'' by snow removal trucks

Blue faced drowned skaters thru river thin ice

I'm dreaming of a White Christmas.....

B
A need to see white through dark
Your heart and soul is refusing the darkness
You want and wish for the world to be better
not so cold
no blue faces
no pain

Lovely

This is really good, dark, but I really enjoyed it
