Poor man forced retirement

Poor man forced retirement

A Poem by Richard Guimond
"

Retirement without funds

"

Poor man forced retirement

My home is my world

More like a prison

Lack of funds, a door lock

Between me and freedom

Frost is my window bars

Keeping me inside

Condemned by

Work force jury

For crime of aging

Lifetime sentence

Of perpetual home arrest
