Awesome composition,as always (tips bowler hat in a gent like fashion) I felt like I was climbing down a rope to the freezing waters below.
I love the last line, we are indeed deceiving ourselves or others with art a lot of the time, art is expression, but how often do you see humans express the truth? :) nice one!
Keep up the good words "mad head"!

Bit of Russian folk music to keep you going through the winter nights
the "dark" of this is haunting ..love the very unique form and font of it ...your poem is built like a spike driven home as i read down .. great pic as always ..your talents show RIA .. and thanks for the vid. i sat back relaxed and listened to the sirens ;)

Thank you for reading! I'm happy you listened to the song since most overlook music options.
Just breathtaking. Coupled beautifully with the piece of music. I also loved the style in which this work was writen. "You were my favorite drama" Absolute perfection. :)

I think we all feel this way at times, hardly the deceiver in this potent work, you have painted the picture as is, and that takes truth and guts, everything I love in poetry. Love the format too, it adds to the impact of your words....kudos!

This is so very cool. I love the format and the feel of this quickly moving piece. Questions of who we are often come like the rain, sometimes as a soft drizzle of concern and other times a massive downpour of doubt. Nicely done
