Expressing being different in a positive manner, It's okay to be different.

I’m different, is what I’m told.

I’m not so easily consoled, I see things through a different lens.

That’s just the way I was blessed.

I experience the world in a different way.

As if I am living in a different day.My senses are heightened, 

emotions are tense. I’m aware of the world in a different sense.

My view is unique, and my eyes can see.

A beauty that sets me apart, just me. The colors I see, the sounds I hear.

In my own special world so, so dear.

Though I'm different, I’m not alone.

 For I have a tribe of people I call my home.

We all have our differences, but we’re so strong and resilient.

Living in our own way, while being different.
