Loving NatureA Poem by L. C. RhodesLove sonnet technically. Inspired by Shakespeare! Why do I love you? Why because you loved me too! Your love was of the unselfish degree, Love that I could never meet nor copy, This Love, this unconditional tide, I've felt few times on life's ride, This is a being all to its own, It thinks not about the seeds its sown, Upon the weakest of human hearts, And neither strength nor courage did it impart, But for forgiveness it is most famed, And for heartbreak this love cannot be blamed, This hated love can last forever, Even then we long for it.
