Life through the eyes of a childA Poem by Rhine WolfBy: Fallon & Nicki Young
I open my eyes, all seems so fresh so new
As I lay here, all goes past or through me
The clouds, the sun, the stars, the moon
Eternally just out of my reach, forever free
I touch the grass, first with my hands
Then my feet to eventually sink into the lushness
It feels so strange beneath me
So warm, so soft, so caring
All is within my reach
Life in the palm of my hand
I see no ending, no time in the sand
I never look back and never give up
I have no worries, no concerns
You give me all I need
With love, laughter, warmth, I feel secure
For me I have no need for more.
In the blanket of love
With guardians and bastions by my side
And the stars to light my path
My soul will shine forever Bright!
