Rememberance

Rememberance

A Poem by Rhiannon Dragonraine

You went a way
Years ago
It really was a very sad day
They say time heals all wounds
And for some that may be true
But for me my heartaches
For what I can not share with you
Sure there are days that go by
Where your memory doesnt come up
And then there are days like today
But deep down I know that you have found a way
To watch over me like you always did
In the suns warm rays and the breezes that whisper
Past on spring days
That is where I find your love hid
I know you are there
And yet it does not ease pain
I sit and wonder if I will ever feel
Happy and carefree again
But I tell you now dont worry
I am and will be okay
When I miss you I escape into my memory
And find your warm loving smile and embrace there
Reminding me that there is always someone to care

Great poem, it is always hard to lose a loved one. and there are days that you will think of them all the time and others you don't. I am very young and I have lost almost 20 people and have been to more funerals.

Love the poem it is excellent.
You will meet yur loved one again

Loss of a loved one is hard to bear Time does not heal only reduces pain to bearable levels But love does not die with body I believe .We meet again in some future life
