We don't mind

We don't mind

A Poem by Pale Moon

A couple on the streets,
She's like an actress,
He's like a beggar,
They walk joyfully.

Men on the lookout,
closing fists in silence,
women at the sides,
whisper with eachother,
the couple don't mind,
who are they anyway?

'We don't mind'
Pale Moon,
This is a lovely look into the joy this couple in your poem are enjoying. I suppose that the outer circumstances cannot be changed in the world as they maneuver and walk through life together. They only know that they may depend of one another. I found your poem sweet and refreshing. Well done!
Blessings,
Kathy
