God Save the Queen a rondeauA Poem by Rew
God saved the Queen these seventy year
through war and peace through joy and tear and would it be this Royal we could reign another two or three and then let royals, disappear. - Then let the bells ring in our ears farewell to kings, queens, lords and peers, but till her reign ends let it be God save the Queen... - Vast tracts of ancient lands tis clear thieved by royal thug's sword and spear, for centuries blood sucking fleas leeched forebears land as they bent knee but till Queen Bess is gone, let's cheer, God save the Queen!
