New MagicA Poem by ReveryI set out on a journey
into the coffers of the library, into the deepest wells of knowledge, far back in the basement of this institution, in the dark crevasses looking for wisdom of how to come to life. In curious seeking I found hidden wisdom and was instantly transformed for the better. The epiphany I desired was right before my wearied eyes. To test my new experience I looked for a muse among the simple. I looked curiously onto the daisy sitting on the table and quickly noticed more and in different ways as my senses and being became more aware, more dimensional. Where as before I saw just a flower Now A delicate blushing flower pushes gently upward in its intrepid being to reach desperately for needed light and existential life. The bursting out of the flowers in bloom not only captivates the eyes but entranced the heart. This simple process was both ancient and eternal to the regenerated life that cycles but is ever present in the now. Oh this changes everything I can speak of nothing out of everything Now Stronger Finding myself on higher plateau with a more illuminated vantage point and not only a broader view but new magic to capture it, to translate it back from my own reality, and for it to be a truth onto itself. The sense of a breakout moment, feeling life course through my veins as I begin to dance with and seduce the words. They are mine and I not only own them but they are my lover. The words them self are my muse. Before I struggled to write and now I can’t stop the overflow of treasures from my heart and being. I can’t stop as I scribe the words onto the walls of poetry! © 2012 ReveryFeatured ReviewReviews
