ClarityA Poem by ReveryA Collaboration with RobbieThe rain was hard but pure, the way it washed over, awaking her want for, a desire to be touched by the rain, a lingering mist of warmth on her skin, aglow from within... Glints of dew drops tantalize, supple skin immersed in yearning, forever embedded in her soul, savoring a memory of his first touch. A memory ingrained, refusing to fade, grasping hold of her heart, crumbling the stone, crumbling the wall; A moment of epiphany... Transcending the passion, she beckons the rain, to cleanse her soul, to release her of the want, breaking free of confusion, taming the passion felt in her heart. A connection of souls, a spark unexpected, enlightened the moment, her heart became aware. Caught in the rain, her denial of love's destiny, hidden in shadow of thought, a surrender to love, ever so clear, as time goes by, on this rainy day of clarity... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A Collaboration with Robbie © 2012 ReveryReviews
